Say first bid is 5 ETH, the bid increase rate is 3% and time interval is 30 minutes. The second bidder needs to pay 3% higher, i.e. 5*1.03=5.15 ETH plus the first bidder’s gas fee within 30 minutes after the first bid. Likewise for every successive bidder.
